I had a vision of what I wanted my kitchen, lounge and dining area to be. To create an open plan area to share with my family and friends.
A 1960 home with closed seperate rooms, meant taking down walls, designing and creating a new space.

That’s exactly what Dornford achieved for me, my once outdated, old fashioned home is no more. SPECTACULAR results, Dornford created a beautiful open plan modern space, delivering outstanding quality and exceptional customer service.

Dornford worked with us to transform our two-bedroom 1950s house on an awkward block into a beautiful four-bedroom home for our three little kids. What we thought was a ‘straightforward’ design proved much trickier. To say we opened a can of worms is an understatement.

We undertook the project during a hard time for the industry and for homeowners, and the number of unforeseen issues made it a tough project for us and their team. But hats off to the Dornford team for sticking it out alongside us.

Nico, Jake and Nick answered every call with enthusiasm despite high levels of stress and worry, they got back to us quickly on any questions, were totally on the ball with admin, and worked very hard to accommodate our wishes and resolve each hurdle fairly.

Their design teams were fantastic in helping us refine the internal plan which transformed the result. Their onsite teams were terrific, and their trades were excellent.
